7. Health-Related and Clinical Information

MyoPrep is an educational program and is separate from individualized healthcare services.

Information provided through MyoPrep does not create a clinician-patient relationship and should not be used as a substitute for individualized medical, dental, orthodontic, speech, feeding, or myofunctional care.

If you become a patient of Honest Myo through a separate clinical service, certain information associated with that clinical relationship may be subject to additional privacy practices or legal requirements.
